Between 9:30pm 7/4/2019 - 7:30 AM 7/4/2019 bike was stolen off bike rack on my vehicle (Black Buick Encore SUV) on N. Paulina St.
It was locked with a U Lock through the front tire and frame plus a cable combination lock through front/back tires and rack.
