Incident Description:
Bike was locked to the fence leading down my stairs. The bike was locked to the fence with a heavy duty steel link chain. This chain was interlinked through the bike and up through the railing locked by a combination lock. Piece of the lock were on the ground but the bike & chain was gone. The bike had no seat as I take the seat off after every ride. My neighbors were able to get blurry footage of the offender but not enough to be able to identify the theif.
