Incident Description:
The bike was locked to my back patio. The only way in is through the side door that the restaurant below constantly leaves open since it also leads o the garbage.
I’m assuming it’s someone in the building or someone off the street.
It’s a brand new bike bought in April and should be easily found if sited.
