Incident Description:
I had my bike in my garage - usually unlocked because the garage is closed. The morning of 12/1, I noticed that our front gate to our building was jarred open and that my bike ewas gone. I tried filing a police report but was rejected and told to call to make a burglary report. I have been unable to reach someone on the 311 line to do that.
On 3/17/22 -- While biking to work - I saw my bike locked up in front of a building nearby where I live. I am 100% sure this is my stolen bike as it has the same Roscoe Village sticker as my original bike and I have photos of me with the bike in the past
