Incident Description:
CTA Yellow Line Dempster. Grab and Go possible to train. Camera ten feet in front of bike rack. About 12th time parked there. Camera above ten feet in front of racks/attacheed to station. If entered station, thief could have just gotten onto train/there would be more camera footage inside the station, of course, than the little one outside in front of the racks. Leftbik 93oam home 8pm to Station...gone.
