Dark black/brown tar stains splattered on bottom of downtube, bottom bracket, seat tube and stays from riding on a newly tarred street.

Parked at 7:30am and I noticed it gone at 4:30pm (courtyard of the Langham/AMA building at 330 N Wabash Ave, bike racks closest to State street on North side of building)
Incident Description:
Bike was parked and locked at 7:30am in the courtyard of the Langham/AMA building at 330 N Wabash on the bike racks closest to State street on North side of building. I was in the building all day and returned to find the bike and lock missing at 4:30 pm. There were other bikes still on the rack. I reported the theft to building management but I'm not sure if they will be reviewing security camera footage.
