Incident Description:
Thief rode another bike to scene. Cut lock with an angle grinder they had in a Grubhub delivery hot pack. Left the original bike at scene and took my bike to rock n roll McDonald’s. Then they recovered the original bike at 6:00 pm. The bike was later sold on Facebook marketplace. Image of thief also attached
