At the Roger's Park metra station under the train overpass on Green view. Bike was left there around 8am on Friday 2/2/24 and was gone by 12pm on 2/4. I usually don't leave it for this long but I was feeling unwell on the way back from work.

I locked the scooter at 6:30pm on 1/29/2024. When I walked outside at 5:45am on 1/30/2024, the scooter was gone.

Wife left the garage door open at 10am on her way out, two hours later at noon a neighbor in our building told us that it was open. Bike was gone by that point.

Bike was locked on back patio, underneath a staircase, very secluded and cannot be seen from the alley. Cable lock was found cut in the morning and the bike gone.

I buy groceries at Jewel-Osco in Southloop. Locked my electric scooter to the railing on the sidewalk in front of the supermarket. The lock is a rubber bendable lock. After buying groceries, the car disappeared but the lock was still there.

Bike was stored in locked lobby of courtyard apartment building, last seen Sunday 1/21 - noticed missing 1/25 afternoon.

Bike has been locked up in the shared basement area of my apartment building since summertime and I just noticed it went missing today Jan 24th. I believe it was recent since I go downstairs to do laundry and the cut lock was left prominently by the basement entry door. I am unsure of the exact date and time of the theft but reporting the time of discovery.

I left for an appointment and when I returned, the bike was missing. The bike was in a locked garage, someone must have entered through the building lobby.

Multiple bikes were taken from our condo garage. The thief seemed to have a key to the adjacent door Videos of the thief were sent to the police The bike was locked to the wall

[On 1/21/24 the victim reported that someone had found and returned the bike: "Not sure my story is very unique or exciting, but I will say I’m shocked and very happy that everything worked out.  I had basically accepted that my bike was gone and I was going to need another one. Someone saw my bike in an alleyway and felt like it was out of place.  They took it into their apartment and had heard of the stolen bike registry.  They found my listing, reached out to me, and I picked it up. Thank you so much for hosting this site and reconnecting people with their bikes.  I truly appreciate it!"] Someone broke into my apartment's storage room and stole the bike.

Bike was on our third floor balcony in our gated backyard. Someone climbed up there and climbed back down with it. Wasn’t locked up because I didn’t think it would be an issue and it hadn’t been for many months.
