I don't know exactly when it was locked. I haven't ridden my bike during the winter. I last rode it during the last days of fall. It was locked inside of my building's bike room. Only the front tire was locked as it is very cramped in there. Plus, there are bikes that aren't even locked, but weren't stolen. Apparently someone really liked this one.

It had front and back fenders too. The handlebars used to have the extenders on it... they were stolen a couple months ago. So, the ends are uncovered - on the handlebars.
