Chicago Stolen Bike Registry

The bike was secured in my Element with a cable lock. My Honda Element was broken into (rear hatch lock was busted) and cable was cut.

Someone came to the backyard and took the whole bike. The property which whoever took it came to the backyard and took the bike. There should be a phone holder and a light stand was on the handle bar.

Someone left and/or broke into the basement door of our apartment building and took my bike, along with other miscellaneous items.

Bike was inside private detached garage at home. Garage is often opened and closed, and at times left open for several minutes. Bike disappeared sometime between June 1st and June 6th (was last seen in the garage on June 1st and realized it was missing on June 6th). Believe the bike was grabbed quickly (nothing else appears to be missing). We are reviewing security cameras outside the garage that record the alley.

Not sure how the lock was defeated, I always double check my locks before leaving. Bike was taken in the middle of downtown during work hours.

I'm from out of town. Bike was there one night, gone the next.

2 bikes were chained together outside Lincoln park zoos lily pond area. One of the bikes was stolen along with the lock.

Our garage people door was pried open and my bike which was locked to a metal bar placed into the wall of the garage was taken, lock didn't seem to be cut, but perhaps picked? It was a kryponite u-lock. Nothing else was stolen in our garage (4125 W. Melrose Street) My husbands bike and our tricycle weren't touched. I am so sad, and would love to find my bike; I've been riding year round for 14 years in Chicago and have no car.

I went inside to drop something off and it was stolen within minutes of me returning

My bike was located inside the Central Park pinkline station. The thief left my front wheel and the ulock on site. I was told it was a white guy with a black hat. Please contact me with info.

The bike was sitting in our back yard for 1 hour. All gates were closed. The person who stole it entered the back gate.

Bike was locked in a storage room on May 20th at midnight, when I went back on May 31st the bike was missing.

We had recently done maintenance on the bike in the back of our condo building, near the garage and back walkways. The bike would only be visible from the neighbor's open parking lot to the south or the rooftops nearby as it was next to a fence, making it difficult to see. The property is fully fenced and usually locked. My son was at home but didn't hear anything. It happened in the middle of the day between 10:30 am and 2 pm. The bike was locked to itself so someone had to carry it out.

Met some people at Nick's bar on Damen and invited them back to the house. 3 men left the house at approximately 7:00-8:00am out the back door. The door doesn't lock on it's own and I didn't go down with them to lock it. I imagine they came back upstairs, into my house to steal my camelbak with handpump and then back out to the porch to steal the bike. The bike in the picture is a stock photo of the same bike but mine has yellow tires and yellow handlebar tape and a women's mountain bike saddle.

A white areofix force that was new, with white wall tires and bike glows in the dark, there was a white what're bottle on bike and black pouch under the seat with keys to the locks for the bike was taken out of our yard by some teenages according to witnesses.

parked my bike in Harlem blue CTA station ,in the parking area inside the ticketing system. the bike went missing by the time i came back in the evening.
