The bike was stolen while I was in my gym. I parked the bike, locked it up, and went into my class. When I emerged at 7 am, the bike was gone. It was parked on a busy street and was properly locked to a bike rack. Although it was early in the morning, there is plenty of activity in this area.

Have not riden my bike for two months and went out to pick it up to bring to my new apartment complex. After not seeing it at first glance on the bike rack i believed it was on i searched the entire garage since there is multiple bike racks. I then returned to the bike rack i knew i left it at and saw my front tire, U-lock, and helmet discarded to the side and still hooked to the bike rack as you can see below on the picture. My bike was locked using a cable through the frame and wheel, which was wrapped around the rack, and attached to the ULock locking the frame and front wheel on my boyfriend's bike. They were locked to a bike rack on the corner of Adams and Lasalle in downtown. We were gone for 2 hours, and when we came back the cable locking my bike to the other and the rack had been cut and my bike was gone. My boyfriend's bike was left unattached to the rack with the U-Lock on.
