I locked my bike on Saturday evening. I believe I locked the frame as I usually do. I locked the bike to a street sign on the side of my building on W 19th Street and S Halsted. The lock remained around the street sign but the bike was gone Along with my helmet.

Bike was normally stored in the east laundry room of 4615-33 1/2 N Damen Ave building belonging to Hayes Properties Inc, where I have been a tenant for about four years. The door is locked, all tenants have a key. Bike was discovered missing 11a on 11.10.2024, last seen 11.8.24. My helmet was left on the ground. Another bike, carbon-fiber (do not recall other details) was also missing, also its helmet was on the ground as well.
